Purchase Complete — One Step Left

The hard part
was deciding.

Now make it real.

Every man who quit with HardStop sat exactly where you are right now - decision made, phone in hand. The next 10 minutes make it permanent. Set up now, while your motivation is alive.

You decided. Most never get this far.

Lock devices. You are here. About 10 minutes.
3
Live free. No more fighting. The lock does the work now.

Here's what makes HardStop impossible to turn off

Here's the truth about every blocker you've tried before: if you can set it up from your phone, you can delete it from your phone. One weak moment, a few taps, and it's gone. Or you've found other loopholes and then blamed yourself, but it's not you - it's a product flaw.

HardStop instead uses what Apple calls a Configuration Profile which requires a computer to set up and cannot be removed without the password.

The need for a computer to set up isn't a bug, it's a feature.

The computer is the lock.

Trustpilot

"I love the fact that if you have a moment of “weakness”, there's a 72 hour cooling off period if you try to delete or deactive it."

— Chuck Ferraro

Don't own a computer?

A friend's, a family member's, or a library computer works perfectly for setting up your iPhone or iPad. You need it once, for about 10 minutes, and never again.

The HardStop app only locks a computer if you click to protect that computer — setting up your iPhone doesn't touch it. And in case you're wondering: nothing on the screen reveals anything personal or tied to adult content. The setup looks like routine software setup, and when you're done you delete the app like you were never there.

One borrowed computer for 10 minutes, versus years of white-knuckling willpower. Is it worth the trade?

Grab these three things, then we start

1

Your iPhone or iPad and its charging cable (if you're protecting one)

2

A Mac or Windows computer. Your own gets protected by the app. A borrowed one works for iPhone setup — it stays untouched.

3

10 uninterrupted minutes. Some setups run faster.

A heads-up, so nothing surprises you:

You'll approve some serious-looking permissions. You'll temporarily turn off Stolen Device Protection and Find My iPhone because Apple requires it to install a password protected Configuration Profile. And to be clear about what we can see: nothing. HardStop doesn't monitor, log, or report your activity to anyone.

By the way - it can be a good idea to back up your phone to iCloud before making changes to any device, just to be safe. Settings → [name] → iCloud → Back Up Now.

Lock it down.

Start on your computer. The HardStop app locks the computer itself and sets up your iPhone and iPad from there. One app, every device. One membership covers them all.

Stuck for more than five minutes? Don't grind through it alone - that's the old way of doing things.

There's a bubble in the bottom right on your screen that you can click for personalised help. We've walked thousands of men through this exact setup.

Locked in? Good. Now try to break it.

Seriously - go test it. Try the sites you used to visit. Try a private tab. Try Reddit. Try a VPN. Members tell us this is the moment they finally exhale.

1 Try to turn it off

Go to your settings and try to remove it. You'll be met with your wait time (72 hours by default). That wall is the whole point.

2 Reddit and X Media Removed

We block all images and videos on these platforms. That's deliberate because otherwise porn hides between normal posts.

3 Found a genuine gap?

Tell us. We patch reported loopholes usually within hours and it helps the whole community.

Doing this later?

Be careful with "later." Later is where every past attempt went to die - you know that better than anyone. The motivated version of you that made this purchase is the one who has to finish this.

If it genuinely has to wait, put it in your calendar and make it happen. Do it for you.

Questions you might be asking

Thousands of members have completed this setup. Follow the guide step by step and you'll be fine. Backing up your iPhone to iCloud is a good safety measure as well to be extra safe. If anything looks wrong, stop and message us, we're here to help.
Standard-looking phone setup screens. No site names, no content, nothing personal. The app only locks a computer if you choose to protect that computer, so a borrowed one stays exactly as it was. When you're done, you delete the application - and it's like you were never there.
Apple requires Find My to be off to install a password locked Configuration Profile. As for Stolen Device Protection, it's required to be off to turn off Find My iPhone. We highly recommend turning both back on right after setup. This is precisely the depth that makes HardStop impossible to delete on impulse.
No. HardStop doesn't monitor, log, or report anything. It blocks - it doesn't watch. No one will ever know what you used to look at or currently look at, including us.
