HardStop uses a combination of AI and website filtering to block adult content across your device.

Think of it like a security guard standing at the door with a blacklist. Anything on the list gets turned away before it ever reaches you. The difference is, this security guard doesn't know who you are or what you're looking for. It just checks what's trying to come through and blocks the bad stuff. That's how HardStop stays completely anonymous while still keeping everything locked down. We can't see your activity, and neither can anyone else.

Yes. The block works at a system level, so private browsing, incognito tabs, and all VPNs can't get around it.

Adult content across websites, search results, and images including NSFW on Reddit and X. Regular sites, social media, emails, streaming, and gaming all work normally. If you want to block additional sites then that's optional and on your terms.

iPhone & iPad

No. HardStop only installs a configuration profile that blocks adult content. Your apps, photos, contacts are untouched.

Privacy & Data

No. HardStop doesn't monitor, log your browsing or give any access to any of your data.

We don't collect personal browsing data, and your account isn't tied to any activity tracking. All we have is your email for billing and support so it's as close as we can get to anonymous while still being able to support you.
